Delete your account and data

1. Send a deletion request
Email hello@aischoolpakistan.com with the subject “Account and data deletion”. Tell us the name on your AI School account and how you sign in: phone/password, Google, or Facebook. Include the phone or email associated with the account if you have one.
If Facebook did not share an email and you have no phone on the account, say so. You can still request deletion. We will help identify the account and verify that it belongs to you before changing or deleting anything. We will never ask for your password, one-time code, or Google/Facebook access token.
Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only particular data corrected or removed. We will reply with any verification steps and confirm when the request has been handled.
2. What account deletion covers
A whole-account request covers your sign-in details and connected social identities, profile details, active sessions, saved learning progress, and account-linked feedback and certificates. Deleting an account removes access to its saved learning and membership; tell us if a payment, refund, or dispute is still being resolved.
Some payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need to be retained. We will explain any records that cannot be deleted and why. Account deletion does not automatically request or approve a refund; see our refund policy.
Progress saved only in your browser stays on that device until you clear this site's browser data. Backups may retain a copy until their normal replacement cycle; any retained copy must not be used to restore an account you have asked us to delete.
3. Remove AI School from Facebook
- Open Facebook, then go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find the AI School Pakistan app and select Remove.
- Follow Facebook's confirmation steps. Menu labels can vary by device.
Removing the app in Facebook stops its Facebook connection. To delete information already held by AI School and end your AI School sessions, also send the deletion request above. If Facebook was your only sign-in method, contact us before removing it so we can help verify your request.
