Terms, Payments and Refunds

1. Business identity and platform

AI School Pakistan is a digital education product and customer-facing brand of Naqvilabs, a Pakistan-based IT services business. AI School Pakistan is not a separately incorporated legal entity.

When paid checkout is enabled, payments for AI School Pakistan courses will be accepted under Naqvilabs's registered business and NTN. Naqvilabs operates the platform and is responsible for its customer policies, payment support, and eligible refunds.

AI School Pakistan provides self-paced educational material, practical exercises, learning-progress tools, and manual certificate review. Free course pages are available without payment. Premium access is granted only after the platform verifies a successful payment for the named course.

Course completion, portfolio work, certificates, and examples are educational evidence—not a promise of employment, clients, income, investment returns, or business results.

2. Learner accounts

Optional AI School sign-in uses the same Seekho Asaan identity. You are responsible for protecting that account and for providing accurate account and checkout information. AI School does not create or store a second password.

Local progress works without an account. Signed-in progress may sync across devices. A completion marker records that a learner marked a lesson complete; it is not an independently proctored assessment.

3. Prices and payment confirmation

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees before checkout. Payment details are entered on the configured payment provider's hosted page, not on AI School Pakistan. Access is granted only after a server-to-server inquiry confirms the exact transaction, course price, and PKR currency.

A redirect, screenshot, SMS, pending status, or bank deduction by itself does not prove a completed order. If money is deducted but access is not granted, contact support with the transaction reference; never send a card number, PIN, password, or OTP.

4. Corrections and refund requests

The dedicated Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the seven-calendar-day refund window, eligible requests, cancellation rules, contact method, and processing times.

Approved refunds return through the available original-payment process. Nothing in the policy limits any non-waivable consumer right under applicable Pakistani law.

5. Personal-use licence and acceptable use

Course access is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the learner's personal education and portfolio practice. Do not resell lessons, share paid access, republish substantial course content, scrape the service, bypass access controls, attack the platform, or use exercises for unlawful or deceptive activity.

You retain rights in work you create. Third-party tools, models, datasets, and documentation remain subject to their own terms and licences.

6. Accuracy, availability and safety

AI tools and external services change. Lessons use dated official sources where current product behavior matters, but learners must recheck consequential medical, legal, financial, security, platform-policy, and client-delivery decisions with an appropriate authoritative source or qualified professional.

We may correct errors, improve lessons, change tool examples, or temporarily restrict a feature for security or maintenance. We will not silently convert a free course into a paid entitlement for learners who already completed it.

7. Certificates and enforcement

Certificates are manually reviewed records of course completion, not academic degrees, professional licences, or guarantees of skill. Verification may be revoked if a certificate or account was obtained through fraud, impersonation, payment reversal, or abuse.

Access may be suspended for material misuse. Where practical, support will explain the reason and provide a route to correct an error.

8. Contact and governing terms

These terms are governed by applicable law in Pakistan. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. Material updates will change the date on this page and apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
