1. Who We Are

AI School Pakistan is a digital education product and customer-facing brand of Naqvilabs, a Pakistan-based IT services business. AI School Pakistan is not a separately incorporated legal entity.

The platform serves Pakistani students and professionals with free and premium AI education.

2. Information We Collect

Course progress and quiz state are stored locally in the browser when you learn without signing in.

If you choose shared-account sign-in, Seekho Asaan authenticates your phone-based identity and AI School stores an isolated signed session plus completed lesson keys. AI School does not receive or store your Seekho password.

Paid checkout records include the learner identity, payer name, email, phone, purchased membership or course, fixed amount, gateway reference, verified status and membership dates needed for access, support, reconciliation, and fraud prevention. Expiry keeps the account and saved progress. Card, bank, wallet PIN, and OTP fields stay on the hosted payment provider; AI School stores no automatic debit mandate.

If you submit the feedback form, we store the topic, message, optional name and email, optional signed-in learner ID, submission time, and a short reference. Abuse prevention stores a one-way keyed hash of the request identifier rather than the raw identifier in the feedback record.

Google Analytics collection is paused for the membership release. Account pages, checkout and payment references are not sent to Google Analytics by this release.

Certificate verification data may include the learner name and completed course when certificate workflows are active.

3. How We Use Your Information

To improve the learning experience and public site usability.

To support certificate verification and platform analytics where enabled.

To respond to voluntary feedback or support requests.

To prevent repeated automated feedback submissions and investigate platform abuse.

4. Data Storage & Security

The platform is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

No account is required for free lessons. Without sign-in, progress remains in your browser and clearing browser data removes it. With optional shared sign-in, completed lesson keys sync to the isolated AI School database so they can follow the same learner across devices.

Authentication uses short-lived, single-use authorization codes and separate secure, HTTP-only session cookies. Seekho identity data, AI School progress, certificates, orders, and entitlements remain in separate database schemas/tables with server-side access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

Fonts are embedded into the site at build time and served from our own domain — your browser does not contact Google Fonts when you visit.

Community updates, certificate claims, and course enquiries use the contact channel shown on each page. If WhatsApp is configured and you open it, Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

Historical Google Analytics reports may contain earlier public-site usage data under Google's own privacy terms. New analytics collection is paused.

6. Retention and Your Choices

Feedback and support records are retained only while useful for response, product improvement, dispute handling, or security. Payment and entitlement records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

You can ask to correct or delete feedback or account-linked AI School data by emailing hello@aischoolpakistan.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law, reconciliation, or dispute handling requires it. You can limit analytics through your browser's cookie controls or Google's Analytics opt-out tools.
