Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to paid digital courses purchased directly from AI School Pakistan. Free courses require no payment and are not part of the refund process.

AI School Pakistan currently sells digital course access, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped, so there is no physical item to return and no return-delivery charge.

2. Seven-day refund window

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of a successfully confirmed payment. This includes a change of mind, a duplicate or incorrect confirmed charge, paid access that was not provided, or a purchased course that became materially unavailable.

After seven calendar days, we will still review duplicate charges, payment or access errors, materially faulty or unavailable service, and any request protected by applicable Pakistani consumer law. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right.

3. Cancellations

Course purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, recurring fee, or recurring cancellation charge.

You can leave a pending hosted checkout before confirming payment. Once a payment is confirmed, digital access may be granted immediately; use the refund process below if you no longer want the course. If your bank shows a deduction but the platform does not confirm the order, contact support so the transaction can be checked.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@aischoolpakistan.com with the subject “Refund request”. Include the learner name, account email, course name, payment date, transaction reference, and a short reason for the request.

Never send a card number, PIN, password, CVV, banking password, or OTP. We may ask for limited additional information needed to match the payment, but we will not ask for payment credentials.

5. Review and processing time

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within two business days and communicate the outcome within five business days. If information is missing, the review period starts when the required transaction details are received.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may then take 5–15 business days to display the credit. AI School Pakistan does not issue cash refunds for an electronic payment and cannot control a bank's posting time.
